    Hmmm….
There is no specific number that must be met to be consideredan “acceptable” list.

Check out the BB for directions..send up a prayer …and write your own list

I’ve noticed younger members have shorter lists….:).
I figure it is because their lifes experiences are shorter.

Personal inventory for me is a daily deal
No I don’t write a list for whatever comes up. but
I have done many mini 4th along the way..:yup:

    Yes,

Personal inventory for me is a daily deal
No I don’t write a list for whatever comes up. but
I have done many mini 4th along the way.

    That’s what I’m finding to.

The reason I posted the definition of the word “resentment”, I find some say it is “anger”.
I think anger is seperate, yet linked to resentment via memory/replay the cause of anger.

For example, if someomne says something to upset me, I may get “angry” at that point in time,( not nesescarily what they said, but why and how they said it), but will not hold it as a resentment into the next day, in other words it will not be played out over and over again to keep me “angry”
I see the 2 as seperate, yet linked.

    That is why I high-lighted the section;
deliberate embarrassment or belittling by another person,
On my good days I trust people and underestimate their recovery, this is not so….from own experience.

Others have said it’s the same, resentment and anger is the same thing, just different words.

The BB say’s it’s the number one offender, so true.
So I needed to understand exactly what a resentment is, to then identify the causes etc.

Hope I’m making sense so far
    :scorebad
