Behavioral Therapy for Adolescents attempts to help Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) for Adolescents is an outpatient drug abuse treatment that positively utilizes the network of influences on teen behavior by incorporating family as an active part of the therapy. During individual and family sessions, counselors will help develop crucial skills that will enable teenagers to cope with life stressors and allow parents to improve their parenting skills. Young addicts will attempt to better their decision- making, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills, while parents work to positively influence their children.
